Changing VG and PG

Ok, so it seems that you can only buy VG only nicotine or VG/PG liquid 50/50

So when you look at recipes that are asking for 100 percent of or examples such as 30 percent pg and 70 percent VG Nicotine Juice what would you do?

Can you just ignore these and use what you have or does it mean that these recipes aren't achievable?
