I recently purchased some AWT 10.5A 800mAh 18350 batteries from Ecolux in the UK. I expected to receive the yellow ones mentioned by @Mooch in his thorough and amazingly and comprehensive safety testing (thanks Mooch); they rated second in his recommended 18350's. What I received were a red variant (attached). These are apparently (according to the guy at Ecolux) the new version of the same batteries and are effectively the same as the yellow wrap.
