DIY herbal e-juice, with VG and ethanol? need advice :)

hey everyone. im new to vaping and really been looking hard to find out how to make my own healthy VG juices (No PG for me please) for vaping.

what im looking to do is:

1) herbal E-juices based on 100% VG (and a bit of ethanol to thin it out and carry the extract). I was hoping i could get also the health benefits from the herbs, and not just the flavoring if possible. like coffee for energy, chamomile leaves for calming etc. but ill also be happy with just flavoring.
