So I have ordered everything I need to make my own liquid but the recipes confuse me.

They ask for VG and PG which I understand but also Nicotine Juice 50/50 PG/VG

I have an 18mg 10ml shot of nicotine so what the heck is the 100mg nicotine juice and how do you work that out?

I've looked online but it still confuses me
