I've been vaping since 2009, and like all of you, I'm in much better heath today than I ever was when I was smoking. My blood pressure dropped from 190/86 to 128/68, no medication. Getting the calcium buildup out of my arteries helped of course, but not smoking is a contributing factor as well. One thing I have noticed... I don't have nearly the energy I had when I was smoking cigarettes. I don't know which of the 4000+ chemicals in cigarettes are responsible for accelerated metabolism, but...Is there anything you miss about smoking?
