Noob question

Hi there from sunny South Africa. I currently use a Noisy Cricket V2, Minikin V1.5 Boost and Minikin V2. These use RDTA's and RDA's fitted with 0.2ohm coils. Which batteries would be the best to use which can be interchanged between these mods? On offer I have Samsung 25R, Sony VTC4, Sony VTC5 (not VTC5A) and Samsung 30Q. I never use mech mode in the Cricket. I also have a SMPL clone mech with 0.07ohm build and I've been advised to use either VTC4 or 25R. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
