A juice like dinner lady lemon tart

Hi, Dinner lady lemon tart was my favourite e juice. Unfortunately I cant buy it here in Denmark anymore.
Ive thought of mixing 'decadent vapours vape fest' with 'flavour art lemon cicily' aromas. Does anyone have ideas for mixing flavors into something close to lemon tart?
