Wife and I are both 65. Lifetime smokers. Tried quitting multiple times. Met a vaping couple at a local Fest. They took the time to explain the basics to us. They said the most important key to newbies is finding the right vape shop. They were spot on. We've only been vaping a short while. Within 2 days went from pack a day each to 1/2. Now down to a few a day. I expect soon no more analogs.ECF newbie. Glad to be here.
