Help with 808D clearomizer/cartomizer

Hi, I have some 808D batteries from v4l - I am looking for clearomizers to work on the batteries all I have been able to find are cartomizers

I'm looking for the small clear ones - had several but ran out and now I cant seem to find them anymore

Also do I need an 808D to 510/ego adapter to work with the ego tanks or
510/ego to 808D adapter
I want to be able to use my 808D batteries with an ego, 510 ???
