Making the move to sub-ohm, need help.

Hey all, need some help. I've always used the small pen style ecigs and currently using 36mg, 1.8ohm, at 13 watts through an Innokin VV4. I've had my eye on the Smoke V8 or comparable pen style mod. I know they output at higher wattages because of the lower ohms and I need help in stepping down the nicotine level to adjust for the higher temps and more vapor production.
Also, on another note, I like the Smoke V8 but I'm not set on it mainly because of it not being adjustable. Any other...
